God is not impartial because He is the Creator of the whole world. All humans who believe in Jesus Christ are His children and He is their Heavenly Father. He looks after and cares for all who claim to be His. Not only does He care for those who claim to be His children, but He is so merciful and impartial that He came to earth in the form of a man, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, once for all, to bring us to God; 1 Peter 3:18; if we will believe He loved us that much.
