Psalm 126

Psa 126:1; When the LORD brought back the captives to Zion, we were like men who dreamed.

Psa 126:2; Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.”

Psa 126:3; The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.

Psa 126:4; Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negev.

Psa 126:5; Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.

Psa 126:6; He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.

Psalm 127

Psa 127:1; Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain.

Psa 127:2; In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for he grants sleep to those he loves.

Psa 127:3; Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him.

Psa 127:4; Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one’s youth.

Psa 127:5; Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Psalm 128

Psa 128:2; You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.

Psa 128:3; Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your sons will be like olive shoots around your table.

Psa 128:4; Thus is the man blessed who fears the LORD.

Psa 128:5; May the LORD bless you from Zion all the days of your life; may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem,

Psa 128:6; and may you live to see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel.

Psalm 129

Psa 129:1; They have greatly oppressed me from my youth— let Israel say—

Psa 129:2; they have greatly oppressed me from my youth, but they have not gained the victory over me.

Psa 129:3; Plowmen have plowed my back and made their furrows long.

Psa 129:4; But the LORD is righteous; he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked.

Psa 129:5; May all who hate Zion be turned back in shame.

Psa 129:6; May they be like grass on the roof, which withers before it can grow;

Psa 129:7; with it the reaper cannot fill his hands, nor the one who gathers fill his arms.

Psa 129:8; May those who pass by not say, “The blessing of the LORD be upon you; we bless you in the name of the LORD.”

Psalm 130

Psa 130:5; I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and in his word I put my hope.

Psa 131:3; O Israel, put your hope in the LORD both now and forevermore.

Psalm 132

Psa 132:1; O LORD, remember David and all the hardships he endured.

Psa 132:2; He swore an oath to the LORD and made a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob:

Psa 132:3; “I will not enter my house or go to my bed—

Psa 132:4; I will allow no sleep to my eyes, no slumber to my eyelids,

Psa 132:5; till I find a place for the LORD, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.”

Psa 132:6; We heard it in Ephrathah, we came upon it in the fields of Jaar:

Psa 132:7; “Let us go to his dwelling place; let us worship at his footstool—;

Psa 132:8; arise, O LORD, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might.

Psa 132:9; May your priests be clothed with righteousness; may your saints sing for joy.”

Psa 132:12; if your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them, then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever.”

Psa 132:13; For the LORD has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling:

Psa 132:14; “This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it—

Psa 132:15; I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food.

Psa 132:16; I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints will ever sing for joy.

Psa 132:17; “Here I will make a horn grow for David and set up a lamp for my anointed one.

Psalm 133

Psa 133:1; How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!

Psa 133:2; It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down upon the collar of his robes.
