Severing ties from sexual relationships:
In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I hereby sever my body which became a part of the body of (Name). I claim back my emotions and repent of any sin involved.
Claiming back the heart:
In Jesus' Name, I take back my heart which I gave to (Name). I repent of giving up my heart to others as I am to give my whole heart to Jesus.
