1 Tim 1:9; We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,

1 Tim 1:10; for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine

1 Tim 1:11; that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.

1 Tim 1:13; Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief.

1 Tim 1:17; Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

1 Tim 2:1; I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone—

1 Tim 3:16; Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

1 Tim 4:12; Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

1 Tim 4:16; Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

1 Tim 5:8; If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

1 Tim 5:22; Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure.

1 Tim 6:10; For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

1 Tim 6:11; But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

1 Tim 6:12; Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

1 Tim 6:15; which God will bring about in his own time God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,

1 Tim 6:16; who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.

2 Tim 1:7; For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self–discipline.

2 Tim 1:12; That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day.

2 Tim 2:3; Endure hardship with us like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

2 Tim 2:4; No one serving as a soldier gets involved in civilian affairs—he wants to please his commanding officer.

2 Tim 2:5; Similarly, if anyone competes as an athlete, he does not receive the victor's crown unless he competes according to the rules.

2 Tim 2:6; The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops.

2 Tim 2:7; Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this.

2 Tim 2:9; for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained.

2 Tim 2:10; Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

2 Tim 2:11; Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him;

2 Tim 2:12; if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us;

2 Tim 2:13; if we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

2 Tim 2:14; Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.

2 Tim 2:15; Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

2 Tim 2:22; Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

2 Tim 3:1; But mark this&358; There will be terrible times in the last days.

2 Tim 3:2; People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,

2 Tim 3:3; without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self–control, brutal, not lovers of the good,

2 Tim 3:4; treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—

2 Tim 3:5; having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

2 Tim 3:13; while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

2 Tim 3:14; But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it,

2 Tim 3:15; and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

2 Tim 3:16; All Scripture is God–breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

2 Tim 3:17; so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

2 Tim 4:2; Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.

2 Tim 4:11; Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, because he is helpful to me in my ministry.

2 Tim 4:16; At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.

2 Tim 4:17; Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
