Heb 1:1; In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,

Heb 1:2; but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.

Heb 1:3; The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Heb 1:5; For to which of the angels did God ever say, You are my Son; today I have become your Father? Or again, I will be his Father, and he will be my Son?

Heb 1:6; And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, Let all God’s angels worship him.

Heb 2:1; We must pay more careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.

Heb 2:10; In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.

Heb 2:12; He says, I will declare your name to my brothers; in the presence of the congregation I will sing your praises.

Heb 2:14; Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—

Titus 2:15; These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.

Heb 3:1; Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess.

Heb 3:4; For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.

Titus 3:5; he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,

Heb 3:6; But Christ is faithful as a son over God’s house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast.

Heb 3:7; So, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear his voice,

Heb 3:8; do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion, during the time of testing in the desert,

Heb 3:12; See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.

Heb 3:13; But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.

Heb 3:14; We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first.

Heb 4:1; Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.

Heb 4:15; For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin.

Heb 4:16; Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Heb 6:10; God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.

Heb 8:12; For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.

Heb 9:27; Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,

Heb 10:23; Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.

Heb 10:25; Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Heb 10:30; For we know him who said, It is mine to avenge; I will repay, and again, The Lord will judge his people.

Heb 10:31; It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Heb 10:37; For in just a very little while, “He who is coming will come and will not delay.

Heb 10:38; But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him.”

Heb 10:39; But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved.

Heb 11:3; By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

Heb 11:6; And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Heb 11:27; By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible.

Heb 12:1; Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

Heb 12:2; Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Heb 12:3; Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Heb 12:9; Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live!

Heb 12:22; But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,

Heb 12:23; to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all men, to the spirits of righteous men made perfect,

Heb 12:29; for our God is a consuming fire.

Heb 13:15; Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise the fruit of lips that confess his name.

James 1:6; But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

James 1:7; That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord;

James 1:17; Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

James 1:22; Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.

James 1:27; Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

James 2:13; because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment!

James 2:21; Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar?

James 2:22; You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.

James 2:23; And the scripture was fulfilled that says, Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness, and he was called God’s friend.

James 2:24; You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

James 2:25; In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction?

James 2:26; As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

James 4:8; Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

James 4:3; When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

James 4:11; Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it.

James 4:12; There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you who are you to judge your neighbor?

James 5:9; Don’t grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!

James 5:11; As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

James 5:13; Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise.

James 5:15; And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.

James 5:16; Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

1 Peter 1:2; who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance.

1 Peter 1:3; Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1 Peter 1:15; But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do;

1 Peter 1:17; Since you call on a Father who judges each man’s work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear.

1 Peter 2:9; But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

1 Peter 2:10; Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

1 Peter 3:12; For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

1 Peter 3:18; For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,

1 Peter 4:5; But they will have to give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.

1 Peter 4:11; If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

1 Peter 5:8; Be self–controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

1 Peter 5:10; And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

1 Peter 5:11; To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

2 Peter 2:9; if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue godly men from trials and to hold the unrighteous for the day of judgment, while continuing their punishment.

2 Peter 3:9; The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:15; Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.

2 Peter 3:18; But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

1 John 1:2; The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.

1 John 1:9; If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

1 John 2:15; Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 2:22; Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist he denies the Father and the Son.

1 John 2:23; No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

1 John 2:24; See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father.

1 John 2:29; If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who does what is right has been born of him.

1 John 3:1; How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

1 John 3:9; No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.

1 John 3:14; We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. Anyone who does not love remains in death.

1 John 3:18; Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

1 John 3:19; This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence

1 John 3:20; whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.

1 John 3:22; and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him.

1 John 4:7; Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.

1 John 4:12; No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

1 John 4:14; And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

1 John 5:4; for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

1 John 5:10; Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.

1 John 5:18; For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

2 John 1:9; Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.

Jude 1:6; And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.

Jude 1:25; to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

Rev 1:5; and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood,

Rev 1:6; and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.

Rev 2:7; He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Rev 2:8; To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.

Rev 2:9; I know your afflictions and your poverty yet you are rich! I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

Rev 2:10; Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.

Rev 2:11; He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt at all by the second death.

Rev 2:21; I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling.

Rev 3:5; He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels.

Rev 3:20; Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.

Rev 4:8; Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”

Rev 4:9; Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever,

Rev 4:10; the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

Rev 4:11; You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.

Rev 5:9; And they sang a new song: “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

Rev 5:10; You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”

Rev 5:11; Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.

Rev 5:12; In a loud voice they sang: “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!”

Rev 5:13; Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”

Rev 5:14; The four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.

Rev 6:16; They called to the mountains and the rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!

Rev 6:17; For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?

Rev 7:9; After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

Rev 7:10; And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

Rev 7:11; All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

Rev 7:12; saying: “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”

Rev 9:11; They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek, Apollyon.

Rev 9:17; Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.

Rev 10:6; And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, There will be no more delay!

Rev 11:13; At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

Rev 11:16; And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,

Rev 11:17; saying: We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.

Rev 11:18; The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great and for destroying those who destroy the earth.

Rev 12:7; And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back.

Rev 12:9; The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Rev 12:10; Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.

Rev 14:1; Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.

Rev 14:2; And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.

Rev 14:3; And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.

Rev 14:7; He said in a loud voice, Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.

Rev 15:3; and sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb: Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages.

Rev 15:4; Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Rev 16:5; Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: You are just in these judgments, you who are and who were, the Holy One, because you have so judged;

Rev 16:6; for they have shed the blood of your saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve.

Rev 16:7; And I heard the altar respond: Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.

Rev 18:8; Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.

Rev 19:1; After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting:

Rev 19:2; for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.

Rev 19:3; And again they shouted: “Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.”

Rev 19:4; The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne. And they cried! “Amen, Hallelujah!”

Rev 19:5; Then a voice came from the throne, saying: “Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!”

Rev 19:6; Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns.

Rev 19:7; Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.

Rev 19:8; Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.
(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)

Rev 19:19; Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army.

Rev 21:22; I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
